Pain Relievers

Pain and fever relievers such as aspirin/acetaminophen should be taken with precaution when suffering from a fever and here’s why :

Fever indicates the increased accumulation and activity of white blood cells gathering to fight infection in the body. According to studies, this a line of defense that is negatively affected putting us at greater risk of spreading viruses such as the flu when we take pain relievers. Pain relievers decrease the body’s ability to effectively fight infection by lowering  white blood cell reproduction. In cases such as the flu, pain relievers increase the rate and duration of viral shedding, which increases the spread of the flu, making it much nastier and difficult to get rid off.Anti-Anxiety pills
